Beautiful mounted Swinhoes pheasant. The pheasant is very expertly set up and is beautifully feathered. It is stuffed in a quiet walking pose and has a fixed foot ring. Swinhoes pheasant (Lophura swinhoii) is a bird in the pheasant family (Phasianidae). The scientific name of the species was first validly published in 1863 by Gould.
